We recommend you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow time to relax prior to your service. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment as all treatments will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged. Feel free to arrive earlier to enjoy a steam or sauna for your enhanced comfort and relaxation, and please be sure to drink plenty of water. All spa treatment and fitness appointments are reserved especially for you, so please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. If less than 24 hours notice is given, 50% of the service will be applied. A credit card number is required at the time you reserve your treatments. For your convenience, a 20% service charge is added to all services. Where applicable, a 6% sales tax will apply. All pricing and services are subject to change without notice, and are subject to customer’s completion of applicable documents. While the spa is open to the public, the fitness facility is reserved for the exclusive use of hotel guests and members. Guests must be at least 16 years of age to utilize the fitness facility and at least 18 years of age to experience a spa treatment and utilize the spa facilities. Most services are enjoyed without clothing; however, please undress to your comfort level. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for areas being worked on. Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men before a facial. If shaving, please allow at least two hours prior to appointment time to avoid irritation. Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments. Spa services are scheduled for your pleasure and comfort level, so please notify your therapist of any discomfort or preferences during your service - this includes room temperature, music volume, or the amount of massage pressure. We accept all major credit cards and resort gift certificates. Spa services may also be charged to your resort bill or member account. Please present gift certificates, vouchers or discount cards at the time you check in at the spa front desk.
